Candidate Experience: Date Picker Enhancements

Date fields on CX application forms now support manual text entry and improved navigation.

Candidates can:

• Type dates directly into the field (numbers and “/”)
• Use the browser’s native year/month selector to quickly navigate to past dates (such as birth dates)
• Continue using the calendar picker as before

Validation remains in place to prevent invalid or out-of-range dates, and application submission behavior is unchanged.

Candidate Resume Profile: Pager Navigation  – Resolved an issue where users could encounter errors when paging between candidates, especially when working across multiple searches or browser tabs. Navigation now consistently loads the next candidate.

Displayed Requisition Fields – Resolved an issue where saving Displayed Requisition Fields could fail when no fields were selected, preventing the “RequiredFields may not be empty” error.

Connect Your ATS

For clients using Recruit alongside an existing ATS, Connect Your ATS will enable integration between systems. Teams will be able to import jobs and candidates into Recruit for sourcing and AI matching, then export qualified candidates back to their ATS to continue the hiring process. This helps reduce manual effort and allows teams to leverage Recruit’s capabilities without disrupting existing workflows.

Sequential Interviewing

Recruit will soon support Sequential Interviewing, allowing recruiters to schedule back-to-back interviews with multiple interviewers in a defined order, helping teams manage structured interview loops more efficiently.
