Smart Form Builder — “Today’s Date” Merge String

A new “Today’s Date” merge string is now available in the Smart Form Builder. Form authors can insert a dynamic date field that auto-populates with the current date when the form is rendered by an employee.

Task Activation

Fixed an issue where expired parent tasks did not trigger dependent child task activation in certain configurations. Child task expiration calculations have also been corrected. This only affects workflows using activation-based expiration with parent-child task dependencies.

Forms

• Fixed an issue where the “Employee Opted Out” status was not displaying in the Forms tab.
• Fixed a database error when selecting “Show Usage” on a list in Administration > Forms > Lists. The feature now correctly displays where list values are referenced across forms and tasks.
