What’s New

ROSI Sourcing Performance Improvements

We’ve enhanced ROSI Sourcing to improve data freshness, processing speed, and overall system performance.

With these updates:

  • Candidate profiles are refreshed more quickly and consistently
  • Search results reflect more up-to-date candidate information
  • Performance has been optimized to support ongoing data growth

These improvements also support ROSI Sourcing insights such as Likely to Move and Highlights, helping ensure candidate signals are based on more current data.

SMS Opt-In: Terms of Service & Privacy Policy Configuration (Action Recommended)

Admins can now configure Terms of Service and Privacy Policy URLs at the portal level for SMS opt-in.

  • Configured links automatically apply across all application forms
  • Candidate-facing consent messaging reflects your organization’s policies
  • If not configured, default Rival links will be used

Action Recommended: Review and update these links to ensure they reflect your organization’s policies.

ROSI Outreach Settings

Admins now have more flexibility in managing ROSI Outreach visibility.

  • Control the Contact (ROSI Outreach) button on candidate profiles independently
  • Control the Import & Outreach option in Bulk Import workflows separately

This update provides more control over how and where outreach tools are used, helping teams take advantage of AI-powered outreach workflows.

Connect Your ATS

We’ve continued enhancing Connect Your ATS, which enables integration between Recruit and external ATS platforms.

These updates improve reliability and control when importing jobs and candidates and managing integration workflows. This capability is currently being rolled out to select clients.

Resolved Issues

User Management Updates – Resolved an issue where updating user roles could fail in certain scenarios. User updates now save and persist as expected.

GDPR: Automated Candidate Import Notifications

Recruit will soon introduce optional email notifications when candidate profiles are imported, helping support GDPR compliance and allowing candidates to complete their application through your career site.

Sequential Interviewing

Recruit will soon support Sequential Interviewing, allowing teams to schedule multi-step interviews in a defined order and better manage structured interview workflows.
