RECRUIT Release 2026.6

VERSION 2026.6

What’s New

Candidate Experience (CX) Improvements

This release includes several updates to improve candidate experience and simplify CX configuration.

  • Indeed Integration Availability – New external career sites now include the Indeed Integration section by default, reducing setup time and ensuring consistent configuration for new clients.
  • Find My Account Email Improvements – The “Find My Account” email now includes up to the 100 most recent applications, sorted by most recent first, giving candidates a more complete and accurate view of their application history.
  • SMS Opt-In Experience Update – The SMS opt-in flow has been improved to make consent clearer and easier to manage:
    • The Terms of Service & Privacy Policy checkbox now appears only when SMS opt-in is selected
    • The checkbox resets appropriately when toggled
    • Validation messaging ensures proper consent capture without blocking application submission when SMS is not selected
Localization Improvements

Recruit now provides improved support for Spanish-language users and more consistent localization across key workflows.

  • Expanded Spanish Language Support (es_MX / es_ES) – Recruit now supports regional Spanish (Mexico and Spain), allowing users to see content tailored to their selected language.
  • Improved Localization Across Interviewing & ROSI Features – Interview Scheduling, Interview Management, ROSI Sourcing settings, and Skills Match now display labels in the user’s selected language, improving usability for non-English users.
  • Localized Experience on Key Pages – The Candidate Resume Profile (CRP) and Job Posting Details pages now better reflect the user’s selected language across embedded components and workflows.

Resolved Issues

Candidate Resume Profile (CRP)

Improved Candidate Navigation – Resolved an issue where users could encounter errors when paging between candidates, especially when working across multiple searches or browser tabs.

HTML Attachment Support – HTML and HTM files can now be uploaded successfully in the Attachments tab.

Resume Preview for ROSI-Sourced Candidates – Resolved an issue where resumes for candidates imported through Source with ROSI could fail to open or display correctly. Newly imported candidates now have fully viewable and downloadable resume PDFs. Note: This fix applies to candidates imported after this release. If previously imported candidates continue to experience issues, they may need to be removed and re-imported from Source with ROSI.

Candidate Pool & Job Actions

Improved Job Search Input – The “Associate With Job Posting” field now supports spaces, making it easier to search for jobs with multi-word titles.

Job Posting

Posting Status Rule Messaging – Updated messaging to correctly reflect whether a posting status change is upcoming or already applied (e.g., “will change” vs. “was changed”).

Coming Soon

Sequential Interviewing

Recruit will soon support Sequential Interviewing, allowing recruiters to schedule back-to-back interviews with multiple interviewers in a defined order, helping teams manage structured interview loops more efficiently.
