Forms Library — Configurable Rows Per Page

The Forms Library now includes a configurable “Rows per page” setting, allowing users to choose how many forms are displayed at once — 10, 25, 50, or 100. This makes it significantly easier to browse and manage large form collections without excessive paging.

Smart Form Builder — Clone/Copy Sections

Form authors can now duplicate any component within a form using a new “Copy” button, reducing time required to build complex forms with repeated structures. Copied components receive unique IDs and field names automatically.

I-9 / Compliance

Improved the error messaging when users sign the I-9 form. The system now clearly indicates that users must click “Sign” and enter their full name before completing the form. Previously, the message was a generic “Required Information is Missing” with no guidance. Future improvement planned: missing required fields will be highlighted with specific messaging.

Bulk Action (Beta)

Fixed an issue where the Bulk Approval signature was placed on its own page instead of at the bottom of the form, and reopened tasks could generate an unnecessary blank second page. Signature now renders in the correct position.

Forms

• Fixed an issue where merge string data was not populating on Smart Forms for users with French (Canada) as their language setting.
• PDF form fields now use auto-sized fonts to prevent text from being cut off across all forms (does not affect display-only static text).
• Fixed an issue where PNG and JPEG files appeared blurry in Download Package PDFs.

Events

Fixed an issue where Event Export incorrectly returned Task Category Dependencies for Manual Tasks.

Dashboard

The Dashboard Summary page browser tab now correctly displays “Rival Workflow.”
