Recycle Bin Auto-Purge Setting

Administrators can now configure automatic purging of resumes from the Recycle Bin after a defined retention period (1–365 days). A nightly batch job permanently removes resume records that have exceeded the configured timeframe. This supports data retention policies and GDPR compliance without requiring manual intervention.

• Navigate to Administration → Settings → Recycle Bin Auto-Purge to enable
• When enabled, an info banner on the Recycle Bin page shows the active retention period
• Manual purge actions continue to work independently
• Disabled by default — no action required unless your organization wants to enable it

 

Improvements

Automated Email Notification — Expanded Workflows & New Merge Field

The automated email notification feature now extends to the Post Requisition and Clone Job workflows. Cloned jobs inherit the configured email template. A new “Job Apply Link – Pipeline Candidates” merge field is also available in Email Templates, rendering as a clickable link to the career site job posting. Requires CX to be enabled.

• The “Automated Email for Imported and Manually Uploaded Candidates” dropdown is now available on all four job workflows: Create Job, Edit Job, Post Requisition, and Clone Job
• Source with ROSI imports now correctly trigger the automated email

PII Anonymization (Beta) — Continued Improvements

The automated PII anonymization feature now correctly handles email history, contact notes, and vendor data (background checks and assessments). Performance optimizations have been applied to the nightly batch job for clients with large candidate volumes.

Internal Career Site Flag

Internal career sites now automatically block discovery and indexing by search engines. No client action required — the protection is applied automatically.

Source with ROSI — Result Count Display

When a search returns more results than can be displayed, the result count now shows “10,000+” to clearly indicate the count is capped, not exact.

Localization & Translation

Continued translation support improvements for embedded Source with ROSI components.

• Recycle Bin — Fixed an issue where some profiles displayed blank values in the “Date Removed” and “Deleted By” columns.
• Custom Analytics — Report descriptions in the Analytics Library now display correctly when the user’s language is set to Spanish.
• CX Admin — Fixed an issue where refreshing the browser while the application form modal was open caused URL fields to appear incorrectly.
• Candidate Profile — Fixed a navigation error that could occur when moving between actions on the Candidate Resume Profile page.

Sequential Interviewing

Recruit will soon support Sequential Interviewing, allowing recruiters to schedule back-to-back interviews with multiple interviewers in a defined order — including time blocks, breaks between sessions, and sequencing controls.
