WORKFLOW Release 2026.2.11
VERSION 2026.2.11
What’s New
Employee Portal — Modernized Checklist Experience
The redesigned Employee Portal is now available for enabled clients, delivering a guided onboarding experience that helps new hires understand their progress, upcoming tasks, and company information in one centralized view. The portal is organized into two tabs — “My Journey” for tasks and documents, and “About [Company]” for culture and company information. Tasks are grouped into “What’s Next,” “On the Horizon,” and “All Done” sections, giving employees full visibility of their onboarding journey from day one. A progress bar tracks overall completion, and a document checklist surfaces all required documents upfront with due dates.
Enablement: Contact your CSM to request activation. Once enabled, administrators retain self-service access to portal branding and layout settings.

Resolved Issues
I-9 / Compliance
- Supplement B reverification events will mandatorily require a document title, number, and expiration date before the form can be completed, ensuring compliance with USCIS documentation requirements.
- An issue with employee name display on the UI has now been addressed.
Forms
- Fixed an issue where published Smart Forms could incorrectly display as “Unpublished.”
- Fixed an issue where an eForm could appear under an incomplete task.
- The Smart Form Builder now supports text wrapping and page break controls, giving form authors more flexibility over document layout and print formatting.
Dashboard Summary
- Fixed an issue where the “All Events” checkbox remained checked in the Events dropdown even after individual events were deselected.
Task Details (Beta)
- Validation messages have been standardized to use a single consistent format.
- The Settings menu now fills the viewport with a scrollbar, eliminating excess white space.
Known issues being addressed in upcoming releases: Event Phase selection is not yet available in v2. Minor validation messaging and UI layout refinements are in progress.
Bulk Action (Beta)
- Fixed an issue in cloned events where retiring or unassociating a parent task could bypass dependency protections for Form Review child tasks.
- Dependencies are now consistently enforced.
Known issues being addressed in upcoming releases: Bulk Action does not yet support forms generated from EUP (Employee User Profile) profile fields — these must be processed individually. Other form types work as expected. EUP form support is expected in June.
Help Center Links
- Updated Help links across Workflow, Perform, and Learn to point to the new Help Center.
