ROSI Improvements

Over the past several months, we’ve delivered a series of improvements to ROSI to enhance accuracy, search precision, and security.

Recent enhancements include:

• Smarter Answers – ROSI now adjusts response depth based on your question, providing quick responses for simple requests and more detailed guidance for complex topics.
• Improved Task Search – Search by exact task title for more precise results.
• Expanded Task Retrieval – Retrieve large task lists for a specific person without needing to apply date filters.
• Improved Document Search – Find documents by upload date range more easily.
• Enhanced Security Protections – Upgraded encryption and added additional safeguards to strengthen data protection and system reliability.

These updates improve ROSI’s performance and reinforce its enterprise readiness as we continue expanding its capabilities.

Gen 2 Form Builder – “Today’s Date” Default

A new “Today’s Date” default value option has been added to the Date component in the Gen 2 Form Builder.

When selected, the field automatically populates with the current date when the form is opened. Users can override the value if needed.

This enhancement supports common onboarding and compliance scenarios where current-date defaults are required.
