Release Notes

This release includes incremental improvements across Workflow to improve reliability and usability. While no major new features are launching in this release, it lays important groundwork for upcoming enhancements planned for later this quarter.

Dashboard Summary – Employee Tab 

• “Show Discussion” section restored – Users can again confirm when a task was activated at a glance and review prior admin–employee conversations.
• Filters across task actions restored – Users can open tasks and return to the same filtered view, and no longer need to reselect filters after leaving the page.

Employee Task Summary

• Event launch availability restored – Events can now be launched from the Employee Task Summary page.

Tasks & Data Reliability

• Task Data Sync Issues – Resolved an issue where task data could display incorrectly in certain scenarios, improving consistency when loading and refreshing task information.

Surveys & Events

• Survey Configuration Retained After Upgrade – Ensured task definitions retain their configured surveys during workflow upgrades.

ROSI Employee Agent

• An employee-facing ROSI experience that helps employees complete Workflow events more efficiently by answering task-related questions, surfacing assigned tasks, and guiding next steps using natural language—while respecting role-based access and data permissions.

Forms Enhancements

• ROSI Form Builder: AI-assisted form creation and management
• Tools to upgrade existing legacy forms without rebuilding
• A unified forms library for easier discovery and administration

Next-Generation Task Management

• A redesigned task experience with clearer controls, improved visibility, and more scalable task management for HR teams
