ROSI Improvements for Self-Service Questions

ROSI now handles questions about a user’s own profile more reliably. Users asking about their own information will no longer encounter permission errors, while existing safeguards remain in place when accessing information about others.

Form I-9 PDFs: Incomplete SSN Display

Resolved an issue where Social Security Numbers appeared incomplete on Form I-9 PDFs and I-9 Download Packages. SSNs now render correctly across all generated documents.

Workflow Localization: Incorrect Chinese Language Display

Fixed an issue where the Workflow UI could display Simplified Chinese even when Traditional Chinese was selected as the user’s language preference.

Custom Form PDFs: Overlapping Text Rendering

Fixed an issue where generated PDFs for certain custom forms displayed overlapping text, impacting readability.

Modern Forms (Gen 2): Missing Section Elements (Staging)

Resolved an issue in Staging where some modern forms did not display section elements as expected, ensuring forms render correctly during testing and validation.

I-9 Tasks: Error on Task Launch After Reassignment 

Resolved an issue where users could encounter an error when opening the “Complete I-9 Step 2” task after reassignment. Reassigned I-9 tasks can now be opened and completed as expected.

Task Summary Navigation: Missing Breadcrumb Path

Restored the breadcrumb path when the new Task Summary experience is enabled, improving navigation and context.

Event Tasks: Expired Tasks Disappearing

Addressed an issue where expired tasks could disappear from task lists and event views. Expired tasks now remain visible for accurate tracking.

ROSI: Data Segmentation Results

Resolved an issue where ROSI failed to return results when data segmentation was enabled. ROSI now returns results correctly while continuing to respect segmentation rules.
