ROSI HR Profile Access

ROSI now allows users to access their own profile information, with safeguards in place to ensure that no other users’ data can be viewed.

Dashboard Updates
Resolved an issue causing the I-9 Dashboard to display an “Unknown database error,” ensuring the dashboard loads properly.
Fixed a missing label in the Dashboard Summary Assignee tab so the correct header now displays.

Forms & Printing Updates
Restored the bulk PRINT_ALL_FORMS option so users can print all forms within a task as expected.
Corrected an issue where publishing a Gen2 form from the Forms Admin page displayed an incorrect publish date.
Resolved an issue that prevented a specific Diversity & Inclusion form from printing.

Forms Enhancements (ETA January)
• Forms Conversion: Admins will be able to upgrade legacy forms into the modern form system without rebuilding them.
• Unified Forms Library: All 2nd Gen eForms will appear in the My Forms Library for easier management and consistency.

Next Gen Tasks: HR (ETA January)
• A redesigned Task Details experience featuring modular task cards, mini-cards, and an improved settings sidebar.
• Provides clearer controls over task assignment, rules, and visibility—supporting more scalable, self-service task management.
