VERSION 2025.4.22
What’s New
Data Segmentation for Events & Tasks
Events are now automatically closed when a user moves between data segments, improving data hygiene and task accuracy.
Resolved Issues
Shared Dashboard Creation – Database Error
Resolved an issue that caused an “Unknown Database Error” when creating shared dashboards. Dashboards can now be created and shared without interruption.
Italian Translation Fix
Corrected a minor typo in the Italian translations of the Workflow UI (“Attività del tea” → “Attività del team”) on the Task page.
Coming Soon
Dashboard Summary & Manage Events – Default Sorting (ETA early November)
The Dashboard Summary and Manage Events pages will soon default to showing active, actionable items—restoring familiar behavior from the legacy dashboard and improving task visibility.
-
Dashboard Summary: Task tabs will default to displaying Active Incomplete Tasks at the top.

Manage Events: Active and Draft events will be displayed first, with Retired events sorted last.
Bulk Form Approval (ETA early November)
Bulk Form Approval will allow HR teams to approve multiple integration forms in one step—eliminating manual bottlenecks and reducing the risk of errors. From the new Integrations Review tab, users can select, preview, and approve forms in bulk to accelerate data transfers and ensure accuracy across systems.

Why It Matters
This enhancement streamlines high-volume approval workflows, cutting time spent on repetitive reviews while improving data accuracy and team confidence.

Forms Enhancements (ETA mid-November)
We’re introducing a unified NextGen Forms experience in Workflow. Administrators will be able to modernize existing forms for easier editing, reuse, and compliance review. All forms—new and upgraded—will appear together in the My Forms Library, providing a centralized, consistent interface for form management.
Key Capabilities
-
Upgrade older forms into NextGen Forms for improved usability and long-term support
-
Manage all forms in one location for simpler tracking and reuse
-
Maintain consistent formatting, validations, and compliance standards across form types
Why It Matters
These updates simplify form management and strengthen compliance oversight—reducing maintenance effort while laying the foundation for future Workflow automation.
NextGen Task Details – HR (ETA mid-November)
The new NextGen Task Details experience introduces a redesigned, modular interface for configuring individual HR tasks. This update simplifies how HR teams define, assign, and manage tasks tied to an event, with clearer controls for ownership, dependencies, and completion rules.
Key Capabilities (in development)
-
Modular Task Cards for forms, surveys, employee instructions, dependencies, and downloadable packages
-
Mini-Cards for quick visibility into key details
-
Settings Sidebar with options for assignment, notifications, completion and restriction rules, triggers, timelines, and portal visibility
Why It Matters
NextGen Task Details represents a major step toward self-service task management. By giving HR teams more direct control over how individual tasks are configured and completed, this new interface reduces friction, improves accuracy, and supports scalable, repeatable workflows.

ROSI Employee Agent (ETA mid-November)
ROSI will soon support employees directly within Workflow. Rival OS Intelligence will use uploaded portal documents to help employees find answers to questions about their jobs, company policies, processes, and procedures—securely and in context. By extending ROSI to employees, Rival enables organizations to surface accurate, compliant information directly within Workflow—reducing reliance on manual guidance and improving employee self-service.
