Forms page tabs and cleanup

We’re simplifying how forms are organized in Workflow. Over the coming months, you’ll see updates that bring all forms into a single, streamlined structure. Your existing forms remain compliant and accessible, but they’ll now be grouped into two clear categories: My Forms (custom to your organization) and Rival Library Forms (standard Rival templates). This phased approach helps ensure a smooth transition and makes it easier for you to find, manage, and trust your forms.

• Forms have been reorganized – All functionality remains the same, but we have moved and renamed as follows to move towards more streamlined forms experience.

• • Forms – No change. This tab continues to hold your Next Gen Forms, now with Dynamic Templates included.
  • My Form Library (new!) – A single place for all your organization’s legacy forms (Library, Builder, or Custom Forms).

• • Rival Forms Library (previously ‘Forms Library’) – A collection of standardized Rival-built forms provided for your use.

• Forms buttons – Extended User Profile functions have been moved to the far right: a Download button and Settings Gear which contains Edit list, Set Preview Defaults. Tooltips inform users of button functions. Functionality remains unchanged.

Feature Flag optimization

As part of ongoing efforts to improve usability and access for clients and Rival users, the UI Settings have been cleaned up. The visibility of the following settings has been removed, as these were feature flags for work-in-progress features.

Forms missing signature block

The signature block was missing on multiple custom and Library forms (e.g., Form I-9, Offer Letter), preventing task completion. The issue has been resolved, and all signature options and form types now work correctly.

Webservices API missing E-Verify Case Details

The I-9 Download Package using the API GetFormI9Package method was failing to include the E-Verify Case Details PDF in the zipped GetFormI9Package (which were available using the manual download method). We resolved the issue and patched a fix to Workflow release 2025.3.18 on September 2: the webservice now returns a complete package with E-Verify Case Details.

Event Tree color

When users hover over a task in the Event Tree Hierarchy, the border and text highlight in purple. We corrected the shade of purple to match Rival branding.

ROSI data pull for specific employees

ROSI was failing to retrieve employee-specific task or event data. We resolved the issue and the GetUserProfiles API now returns the expected result.

Manage Events UI redesign (ETA September)

We’re redesigning the Events main page with a modern card-based interface to replace the outdated table layout. This overhaul will deliver cleaner visual organization, intuitive navigation, and enhanced mobile-friendly workflows that reduce cognitive overload for HR professionals managing multiple events. The new design features streamlined event creation processes, clear progress indicators, and quick access to complete event journeys—enabling teams to easily experiment with new events and adapt to changing needs while improving employee engagement and retention.

ROSI Employee Agent (ETA late September)

ROSI will soon help employees too! Rival OS Intelligence – our in-product AI assistant – will leverage documents uploaded to the portal to answer employees’ questions related to their job, company policies, processes and procedures.
