Next Generation Forms cloning

In forms, admin users can now clone Dynamic Templates, 2nd Gen forms and Surveys, enabling them to create a similar version of an existing template without having to recreate the entire form again manually.

• The clone will create a copy of the most recent saved version of the form, and a new name will be prompted to ensure unique naming.

• The Revert and Delete icons are now available within the three dot icon.

• Like other Forms, cloned Forms must be published in order to be selected and used in events or tasks.

AI Summary and Event Tree enablement linkage

Previously the enablement of the new Event Tree UI was dependent on the enablement of the AI Event Summary. The linkage of those two features has been removed, so that admins can now choose to enable the features independently of each other. Both features can be changed in Admin > Settings > UI.

Task Summary: Employee Portal Design Match

When the New Task Summary UI is enabled, the updated Employee Task Summary UI will also show in the Employee portal.

In Manage Events > Manage Task Definitions, when a new event has been created and no tasks have been added, the Event Summary (Powered by AI) will show “Please add tasks to generate a summary”. For Events that have Tasks, the AI Summary will generate automatically after the setting is turned on (for published and unpublished events).

Forms Report Data Issue

A client reported an issue where duplicate results were appearing in Form Reports or exports. We have resolved the issue: duplicate results no longer appear in Form Reports or exports, blank fields now export as blank instead of backend code, and optional components (including date fields) correctly remain blank when left unanswered.

Manage Events UI redesign (ETA September)

We’re redesigning the Events main page with a modern card-based interface to replace the outdated table layout. This overhaul will deliver cleaner visual organization, intuitive navigation, and enhanced mobile-friendly workflows that reduce cognitive overload for HR professionals managing multiple events. The new design features streamlined event creation processes, clear progress indicators, and quick access to complete event journeys—enabling teams to easily experiment with new events and adapt to changing needs while improving employee engagement and retention.

ROSI Employee Agent (ETA late September)

ROSI will soon help employees too! Rival OS Intelligence – our in-product AI assistant – will leverage documents uploaded to the portal to answer employees’ questions related to their job, company policies, processes and procedures.
