Post-MVP Updates to Dashboard Summary

We are grateful for all the feedback we have received on the new Dashboard Summary and are making improvements!

• My Tasks/Team Tasks Card Count Updates – On both My Tasks and Team Tasks tabs, the Card Count was not updating when a user deleted/assigned/reopened a task. The issue has been resolved, and each card count on My Tasks and Team Tasks tab are updating when the user deletes/assigns/reopens a task.
• My Tasks and Team Task table Counts – In both My Tasks and Team Tasks tables, card count logic for different statuses were incorrect, and “Inactive” tasks were being counted in the “Upcoming” card. The issue has been resolved: in the table, labels on the due dates correctly reflect the task statuses and the “Inactive Overdue” label is correctly displaying on inactive tasks that are past due. For all tasks, there is now a label showing days late/ remaining.

• Task Overview Total Count – The Tasks Overview Table now shows the total count of tasks on the table, with the number reflecting the selected card filter (Overdue, Warning, Active, Inactive).

Upcoming Dashboard Improvements

In Workflow Release 2025.2.13 (ETA: Staging June 23; Promo June 30; Release End July 4), we will release the following updates:

• Sort by Date – Users will be able to sort and filter the Dashboard Summary items by date to prioritize by deadline and check timelines.
• Filter by Teams – Users will be able to filter by teams to more easily assess team performances.

• Filtering Persists with Task Edits – An issue is occurring with the new Dashboard Summary on both My Tasks and Team Tasks tabs: when the user selects event(s), then edits a task (deletes/assigns/claims/reopens), the table value resets to the default (displaying all tasks) instead of displaying only the tasks from the selected event(s). The issue will be resolved, and only the task(s) from the selected event(s) will be displayed.
• Column Sorting – Users will be able to sort each column in the Dashboard Summary. A Clear Filters button will be available so that filters can be removed and the default table restored. This capability of the previous Dashboard was requested by customers.

(ETA late June) Copilot Knowledge Agent streamlines HR workflows by automating routine tasks and delivering instant answers. From summarizing profiles to managing documents and events, Copilot reduces manual load so HR teams can move faster and focus on higher-impact work.

Dynamic Template Migration

(ETA late Q2) Workflow will soon feature User Import of Dynamic Templates from the Staging environment to Production, which will allow users to automatically move over their Forms, Surveys, and Dynamic Templates.
