New Dashboard Summary UX

Rival Workflow’s new performance dashboard is a visual tool that displays key metrics and data to monitor the performance of business processes. It’s a performance management system that helps users track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

The new Dashboard includes:

• Intro Card welcoming user, with Navigation Bar with tabs for My Tasks, Team Tasks, Assignees, and Employees.
• My Tasks and Team Tasks tabs show cards with “Action Required”, “Approaching Deadline”, “On Track”, and “Upcoming” task numbers.
• Assignees and Employees tabs show cards with “Action Required”, “Approaching Deadline”, and “Accomplished” task percentages.
• Each tab shows Tasks overview data in a filterable table, showing Task Status, Due date, and other critical details with Action icons (Claim, Assign, Delete). The table data can be filtered by Event Type (default All Events) and Task status (Complete, Incomplete). The Assignees tab data is also filterable for Teams and/or Assignees.

The New Dashboard Summary will be turned ON by default. Users can switch between the New Dashboard Summary and the legacy dashboard summary, allowing time to adjust to the new UX. To toggle UI, go to Admin > Settings > UI and check the “New Dashboard Summary 2.0” config setting (“False” = legacy dash).

Users with access to Workflow Advanced Analytics will see a link in the Navigation bar ‘See Analytics’, which will take them to Advanced Analytics.

A customer reported an issue with the GetTask API not returning results as expected. The issue has been resolved.

A customer reported that for Gen1 builder forms containing Selection fields using radio buttons, when printing the form to PDF, the radio buttons were displayed with no selection. This has been corrected.

Customers reported that they have been unable to save updates to employee profiles due to JS Error with EUP. This has now been corrected.

Workflow Advanced Analytics Data Segmentation

(ETA late May) Updates in the current release will support data segmentation within Advanced Analytics, so the right people have the right visibility. Stay tuned for updates!
