When specific parameters are given in the GetFormXML API to retrieve 2nd Gen Forms (ie. date range, form type, delivered status), the response now returns only forms that satisfy all criteria of the request.

When specific parameters are given in the MarkFormDelivered API to retrieve 2nd Gen Forms (ie. date range, form type, delivered status), the response now returns only forms that satisfy all criteria of the request.

When specific parameters are given in the GetCompletedForm API to retrieve 2nd Gen Forms (ie. date range, form type, delivered status), the response now returns only forms that satisfy all criteria of the request.

For 2nd Gen Forms, webservices UI and SoapUI now correctly return ID, form name, ID, date, event name, and event ID.

When specific parameters are given in the GetFormsIDs and GetFormIDEx API to retrieve 2nd Gen eForms (ie. date range, form type, delivered status), the response now returns only forms that satisfy all criteria of the request.
