What’s New

SMS Opt-In Consent Confirmation (CX Career Sites)

To support updated messaging compliance requirements, a second checkbox has been added to the SMS opt-in section on CX career site application forms. Candidates must now confirm acceptance of the Rival Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when opting in to receive text messages.

  • The consent checkbox appears directly below the existing SMS Opt-In checkbox.
  • Candidates can still submit an application without opting in to SMS.
  • If SMS Opt-In is selected, the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy checkbox must also be selected before the application can be submitted.
  • Links to the Rival Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are included in the consent text.

Resolved Issues

Resume Text Formatting – Resolved a regression where extracted resume text appeared as a single block under the Resume/CV tab of the Candidate Resume Profile and in the Resume Preview modal when the attached resume was a non-PDF file (such as a Word document). Resume text now correctly preserves line breaks and paragraph formatting for easier review.
