What’s New
Reporting & Analytics Navigation Label Updates
You’ll notice refreshed labels in the Reporting & Analytics section for improved clarity and consistency across the Recruit experience. The updated labels are:

Analytics Overview (formerly Homepage Analytics)

Analytics Library (formerly Standard Reports)
-
Custom Analytics (formerly Explore)
Hiring Insights remains unchanged.
New Fail Flag Filter in Candidate Pool
A new Fail Flag filter has been added to the Candidate Pool page (under Edit Search) to make it easier to identify candidates who have failed one or more evaluation questions.

Selecting Yes shows only candidates who triggered a fail flag—for example, by answering “No” to a required question such as “Can you lift 50 lbs?”

Selecting No shows only candidates who have not triggered any fail flags.

Selecting All (the default) displays all candidates.
Resolved Issues
Background Checks — HireRight Certificate Update
HireRight recently updated their security certificate, which temporarily disrupted background check connections for some customers. We’ve applied the updated certificate in Recruit, and background check submissions should now process normally.
