RECRUIT Release 2025.32
VERSION 2025.32
What’s New
Saved Search in Source with ROSI
Recruiters can now save and reuse their search filters in Source with ROSI, making it faster to return to frequently used searches and source candidates more efficiently.
This update introduces an easy way to create and manage saved searches directly within the Source with ROSI interface:
-
Click the new Save icon to capture your current search filters.
-
Access and re-run your saved searches from the new Saved Searches drop-down.
-
Use the dedicated Saved Searches page to update or delete saved searches at any time.

By saving common criteria (for example, Marketing candidates in Chicago with AI skills), recruiters can streamline repetitive sourcing tasks, reduce setup time, and focus on engagement instead of rebuilding filters.

Resume Reviewer – Optional Reviewer Access Prompt
Recruit now gives users more control when inviting reviewers to provide feedback on candidate resumes.
Building on the earlier Resume Reviewer Enhancements release, this update introduces an optional reviewer confirmation step in the Request a Review window. When enabled, Recruit will prompt the sender to choose whether any reviewers who aren’t already tied to the job should be added to the Recruiting Team, granting them access to the Candidate Review Page.

This added flexibility helps teams collaborate more efficiently while keeping candidate data secure and visible only to authorized users.
🛠 Enable this option: Settings → ATS → Review Requests → Add Reviewers to Recruiting Team
Recruit Analytics
Recent updates to Recruit Analytics improve report accuracy and add new options for tracking hiring activity.
- ‘Offer Processed’ Measure – Introduced a new Offer Processed count measure in the Resume Offers view, enabling teams to track the number of offers processed for a specific job.
-
Stage Duration Corrections – Adjusted logic ensures that “Days in Stage” values now calculate correctly when candidates re-enter a previous stage, providing a more accurate view of hiring-workflow timing.
These improvements help ensure more reliable metrics and clearer visibility into recruiting performance across all Recruit Analytics dashboards.
Chrome Extension – Rival Branding & Experience Improvements
The Chrome Extension for Recruit has been refreshed with Rival branding and an improved user experience.
Recruit users will now see the updated Rival name, color scheme, and icons in both the Chrome Web Store and the extension itself, aligning the extension with the broader Recruit interface.
To simplify the experience for Recruit users, the Add to Watchlist icon—previously used in the standalone Entelo platform—has been removed. (Entelo standalone users will continue to see and use this option.)
Additional UI updates improve layout consistency and address minor sign-in and import issues, delivering a smoother, more reliable sourcing workflow directly from your browser.
ATS Enhancements
Additional ATS enhancements include an alphabetized Take Action menu on the Candidate Resume Profile page, a new Back to Top button on all scrollable pages in Recruit, and Veteran Status once again displays on the Candidate Resume Profile page—along with several key fixes that improve data accuracy, navigation, and overall system stability throughout the Recruit experience.
Resolved Issues
Candidate Profile – "Other Applications" Dropdown
Fixed an issue where the " Other Applications" dropdown on the Candidate Review Page (CRP) did not display for candidates with multiple job applications. It now appears correctly, allowing recruiters to move easily between applications.
Candidate Import – Missing Profiles
Resolved a bug that sometimes caused bulk imports to skip profiles. All selected profiles now import successfully, ensuring the import list and results match.
Veteran Status Display
Corrected an issue that caused the Veteran Status icon on the CRP to display inconsistently or show "No Data Available." The icon now appears reliably when applicable, reflecting accurate status information.
Coming Soon
Custom Analytics Homepage (ETA early November)
Explore (Tier 2 and 3) users will soon be able to set a preferred dashboard or report as their default Recruit homepage, creating a personalized analytics view at login.
A new drop-down on the Explore page will list saved reports and dashboards, and a “Set as Landing Page” icon will make it easy to choose a default view. Future updates will expand this feature beyond Explore to additional ATS pages.
Enhanced Security with Career Site Passkeys (ETA Q4)
Recruit will soon introduce Passkey authentication for the My Account section of career sites, offering stronger protection than traditional email verification.
Passkeys use advanced cryptographic credentials stored on users’ devices, making them resistant to phishing and credential theft. This enhancement will safeguard sensitive candidate actions such as viewing application history, withdrawing applications, and submitting GDPR-related data requests—ensuring only verified users can access and manage their information.
