RECRUIT Release 2025.29
VERSION 2025.29
What’s New
Job Posting Details Page – Now in Beta!
The Job Posting Details page has been redesigned with a modern, streamlined layout that makes it easier to view and manage job postings. The new page brings key job information, candidate metrics, and sourcing tools together in one place for a more efficient workflow.
Highlights
-
New top tiles display live job metrics: Candidates, New Candidates (Last 24 Hours), Pipeline, Offers Extended, Positions Filled, and Days Open.

-
Clickable tiles and funnel charts open filtered views of your Candidate Pool.
-
Updated overview cards show key context: Job Overview, Hiring Team, Recruitment Funnel, and Top 5 Candidate Sources.

-
A fixed side navigation card makes it easy to move between sections.

-
Source Passive Candidates button (purple when enabled) automatically applies job parameters and adds matches to the Pipeline.
-
Inline editing and Evaluation Questions will be added in upcoming updates.
-
Note: All job fields are now visible by default. To adjust visibility, go to Admin Settings > ATS > Displayed Job Fields and configure which appear when Viewing or Creating job postings.

Enablement
-
Available as a Beta feature in Settings > Beta Features > “Enable New Job Posting Details Page.”
-
The feature is on by default during the Beta period and will be automatically enabled after Beta concludes (October 27).
-
Existing user permissions continue to apply.

Source Passive Candidates – Job Title Removal
The Job Title filter is no longer pre-populated in the Source Passive Candidates search, resulting in broader, more relevant results and reducing the need for manual edits. This change supports a smoother, skills-based sourcing experience.
Resolved Issues
Candidate Resume Page Scrolling
We resolved an issue that required horizontal scrolling on the Candidate Resume Page. The layout now displays correctly within the browser window.
Veteran Icon Performance
We improved performance on the Candidate Pool page by optimizing how Veteran Icons load. Icons now render faster and more efficiently while continuing to respect user settings.
