RECRUIT Release 2025.2

VERSION 2025.2

What’s New

Improved Navigation for Job Templates
We’ve moved the link to the Job Templates page from the Administration section to the Jobs section in the navigation bar. This change makes Job Templates more accessible, allowing users to find and manage them faster with less effort.

Enhanced Homepage Analytics
To provide greater clarity, we’ve added tooltips to the Homepage Analytics charts and graphs. Simply hover over each section to view a helpful explanation of the data being displayed.

Custom Resume Fields in Emails
Resume custom fields can now be used as merge fields in emails and email templates. This update allows you to include custom data collected during the recruiting process directly in your communications.

Updates to the Resume Review Page
Based on user feedback, we’ve made the following changes:

  • Removed the Select All and Clear Selected buttons. Instead, you can use the checkbox at the top of each section to select or clear all reviews.
  • Added a confirmation pop-up for the Cancel Review action, ensuring users confirm before permanently deleting Requested and Completed reviews.

Generative AI Job Description Settings
We’ve made two updates to the Admin > Settings > Generative AI Job Descriptions page:

  • Checkbox options are now displayed in two columns, making it easier to view and access the Company Values section.
  • The Job Title checkbox has been removed to ensure it remains permanently selected, as it’s essential for generating job descriptions. The accompanying text has been updated for clarity.

Label Changes in the Integrations Section and on the Candidate Profile action drop-down
In Admin > Settings > Integrations, we’ve updated labels for improved clarity:

  • Onboarding Integration is now labeled Workflow Integration and changed Onboarding to Workflow on the pop-up modal. Also in the modal the dropdown menu now displays RedCarpet and Recruiter Lobby options, formerly known as “Roll Out the RedCarpet” and “Launch Recruiter Lobby”.
  • In addition, on the Candidate Profile page action drop-down list you will also notice Send to Workflow is replacing Roll Out the RedCarpet and Launch Recruiter lobby, depending on the integration type you have set up. No changes to the integration functionality.
