ROSI Review Writer for Managers
ROSI Review Writer helps managers prepare higher-quality performance reviews faster by turning scattered performance information into a clear, structured starting point. Built directly into Perform, ROSI brings together relevant context—such as goals, feedback, check-ins, and review history—and supports managers as they draft or refine review language.
This capability reduces time spent wordsmithing, improves consistency across teams, and helps managers focus on preparing for meaningful performance conversations.
Enablement:
ROSI is disabled by default to support organizations with AI governance requirements. System Admins can enable ‘ROSI Review Writer for Managers’ in Admin > Settings > System Management > Enable Apps. Once enabled, managers can access ROSI Review Writer directly within Perform.
