Perform Advanced Analytics
System Admins can now access real-time, no-code reporting directly in Perform via the new Reporting & Analytics menu. The update includes:

  • Overview Dashboard – A pre-built, organization-wide snapshot of performance activity (Goals, Expectations, Check-ins, and Reviews).

  • Custom Dashboard (Explore) – A flexible workspace for building and scheduling your own reports with filters, charts, and export options.

These tools make it easier to monitor progress, identify trends, and share insights across your organization.
