Learning Journey Data in Reports

The Learning Journey certification data was appearing as duplicate certifications in reports. The data has been removed from all reports to resolve this issue promptly. The “System – GL Learning Certificate” report will retain learning journey certification information (expected mid-September).

Enhanced Certificate Experience (ETA mid-September)

A new “System – GL Learning Certificate” report that will provide comprehensive PDF certificate access and reporting for all content types, including the newly released learning journey certificates. This enhanced reporting capability will offer expanded filtering options and streamlined certificate management for both administrators and learners.

Rival Workflow integration (ETA mid-September)

For Learn customers using Rival Workflow, a sync button will enable admins to import new and updated User Profiles from Workflow into Learn, syncing profile data seamlessly between the two systems. Updates to learner profiles will take just a click — eliminating the need for redundant manual changes.

Copilot -> ROSI Design Refresh (ETA end of Q3)

The in-product assistant in Learn is getting a refreshed design and name: ROSI. This update brings a modern, streamlined look that aligns with the assistant experience already introduced in Workflow. Note: ROSI in Learn remains an in-product assistant referencing Help Documentation. This update aligns the look and naming of the assistant across products. At this time, there are no plans to extend Workflow’s Knowledge Agent functionality into Learn.
