Debug Error on Reports using GetStudentTrainingPlan_V2

Multiple clients reported an error message when running a report query. The Qualification Status report using the GL.Report_GetStudentTrainingPlan_V2  report query was returning a debug error, preventing clients from running the following reports on users training: System – GL Recertification Report by Content; System – GL Recertification Report by Student. The issue has been resolved: all reports generate without errors, and different file types (e.g., PDF, Excel) can be successfully exported.

Enhanced Certificate Experience (ETA mid-September)

A new “System – GL Learning Certificate” report that will provide comprehensive PDF certificate access and reporting for all content types, including the newly released learning journey certificates. This enhanced reporting capability will offer expanded filtering options and streamlined certificate management for both administrators and learners.

Rival Workflow integration (ETA mid-September)

For Learn customers using Rival Workflow, a sync button will enable admins to import new and updated User Profiles from Workflow into Learn, syncing profile data seamlessly between the two systems. Updates to learner profiles will take just a click — eliminating the need for redundant manual changes.

Course Creation redesign (BETA ETA End of September)

We’re developing a streamlined course creation experience to simplify the content development process. The new workflow will feature an embedded Properties page, intuitive tab navigation, and modal-based interactions to help content creators and admins build and publish courses more efficiently.
