LEARN Release 2025.4
VERSION 2025.4
What’s New
Learn Analytics
(Beta launch May 21!) Learn’s Advanced Analytics will allow you to create their own reports and visualizations, save templates, share reports with other admins, and most importantly, have 4 pre-defined dashboards that are ready to use, including: Learning Activity dashboard, Learning Achievement dashboard, Content Engagement dashboard, and Learning Journey Engagement dashboard. The kickoff meeting with Beta Early Enablement customers will be May 21, when enrolled customers will be enabled. Go Live for all customers is planned for mid-June. For now, users who are not enabled will see no change.
Advanced Analytics (Explore)
Pre-defined dashboards with Smart tiles, visuals, and tables: Learning Activity, Learning Achievement, Content Engagement, and Learning Journey Engagement
In-app notifications
Learn now has a “What’s New?” menu option to show in-app notifications to keep users in-the-know on product updates. The left-nav menu in both admin and student portal will show ‘What’s New?’. When clicked, a left-side panel will display Rival Learn announcements about new features and enhancements in Learn.
The feature is enabled by default, but admins can choose to disable in User Interface Settings by de-selecting ‘Enable Beamer’.
Resolved Issues
We fixed a customer-reported issue that was preventing the full content name from displaying in the course catalog and content detail page for learners. The names now wrap instead of being clipped.
Coming Soon
Content Creation Workflow
(ETA late June)
Big changes are coming to simplify content creation for Learn admins. The redesigned workflow replaces the old multi-window process with a cleaner, more intuitive experience — fewer clicks, fewer steps, and no more jumping between screens. It’s a faster, smarter way to build content, with a modern look to match.
