LEARN Release 2025.3
VERSIONS 2025.3 and 2025.3.0.42 Hotfix
What’s New
Terminology update: “Qualification” → “Learning Journey”
In order to enhance consistency and user engagement, we have updated the term “Qualification” to “Learning Journey” in the Admin portal and Reports UI (no changes to backend queries). Users should now search for “Learning Journey” rather than “Qualification in searching for Reports. Custom reports are not affected.
State and country filter for Learning Journey assignment
To improve the flexibility and support location-based learning assignment, we now allow Admins to pick a specific country or state to direct Learning Assignments through Learning Journeys, using new filters in the Learning Journey properties page (formerly Qualification properties page). Please note selections in this filter will assign a Learning Journey to the designated state/country, and do not override other selections in jobs, job categories, or org units.
Syntrio course retirement
Mitratech has chosen to retire the following courses from the Mitratech/Syntrio Catalog. This action is to avoid conflict with the Executive Order regarding DEI and government workers. The following courses will be retired from Learn’s Mitratech/Syntrio course offerings:
- Scomp141: Valuing Diversity for Government Contractors
- Secs375: Affirmative Action Programs for Government Contractors | Overview
- Sefs375: Affirmative Action Programs for Government Contractors | Foundation
Resolved Issues
A customer reported an issue where the custom logo was not updated in the custom homepage. The issue has been corrected so that now the Company Small Logo updates in the UI of the Admin and Student Portal whenever the user changes the Small Logo configuration in Enterprise > Settings.
A customer reported an issue where the estimated course duration hour and minute fields were swapping in the display for assigned courses, causing confusion for course planning and learners. This issue has been corrected. The course duration now correctly displays on the Course Card on the dashboard of the student portal. If no course duration is configured, 0h0min is displayed.
