What’s New

Learn Analytics: Custom Fields in Explore (deployed September 10th)

We’ve added support for custom fields in the Advanced Analytics / Explore view. Clients can now view and report on the custom fields they’ve created, along with related activity data. Access remains segmented — clients can only see their own custom fields.

    • “Learn Custom Fields” and “Custom Field Activity” are now available in Explore.

In-app notifications

We’ve streamlined the Learn Student Portal by removing the What’s New menu item from the left navigation. In-app announcements are now focused in the Learn Admin Portal, where they are most relevant and impactful for administrators.

    • In Admin > Enterprise > Settings > System Skin Settings > User Interface Settings, the Student Home page no longer displays the Enable Beamer option.

Resolved Issues

Admin Portal – Student selection and sorting 

We fixed an issue in the Admin Portal where the “Select All” checkbox and column sorting on student filter pop-ups were not functioning correctly. Clients can now select multiple students at once and sort columns as expected, improving usability across all student filter views.

Coming Soon

Workflow to Learn User Sync integration – (ETA early October)

This integration will allow admins to automatically sync user information from Workflow into Learn. We’re finalizing connection setup across client sites and expect to release this capability in an upcoming release.

Course Creation redesign (Draft Course ETA October 31)

We’re developing a streamlined course creation experience to simplify the content development process. The new workflow will feature an embedded Properties page, intuitive tab navigation, and modal-based interactions to help content creators and admins build and publish courses more efficiently. This enhancement focuses on improving usability and reducing complexity in the authoring process.
