Greg DiTullio is the Chief Executive Officer of Rival. He brings a career-long history of building & leading innovative HR Technology companies that serve global enterprises. He is passionate about the intersection of automation & analytics and is on a mission to empower organizations with the ability to navigate change with confidence and agility. Prior to Rival, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy officer at Harver. Greg holds a B.S. in Business Marketing from Monmouth University.

Steven is the Chief Financial Officer at Rival, overseeing finance, accounting, HR, and legal functions. Steven has over a decade of experience in tech, serving most recently as the CFO of Bambee (HR tech). His experience includes scaling both hypergrowth companies and navigating later stage companies to profitability and successful exits. Steven began his career in banking and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Minor in Economics from Colorado State University.

As Rival’s Chief Product Officer, Poornima leads the global product and data science teams and is responsible for driving Rival’s product vision and roadmap. She enjoys grounding product strategy in customer empathy and market understanding in order to ensure that solutions deeply resonate with clients and shape the future of their work. Poornima brings nearly 15 years of experience across product and technology roles; prior to Rival, she held product leadership roles at Workday, Salesforce, Persefoni and Alteryx. Poornima also holds a PhD in Linguistics from SUNY Buffalo

Prior to joining SilkRoad Technology as CTO, Ron held positions as CTO at Entelo and as VP of Engineering and Chief Architect at Jobvite. Ron has been active in the SaaS space for over 20 years in multiple domains. Recently Ron has been recognized as a thought leader in Cloud hosting, FinOps, DevOps and Engineering optimization and speaks/collaborates in these areas.

As the VP, Strategy & Operations, John is responsible for the organization’s commercial operations, partnerships and strategic initiatives that influence growth, profitability and organizational effectiveness. Prior to Rival, he was VP, Revenue Operations at Harver and a management consultant at PwC. He holds a BA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
