RECRUIT Release 2026.5

VERSION 2026.5

What’s New

Candidate Pool: U.S. Veteran Filter

Recruiters can now filter the Candidate Pool to find Veteran or non-Veteran candidates, helping support Veteran hiring initiatives.

The filter in Edit Search includes the following options:

  • All – Shows both Veteran and non-Veteran candidates (default)
  • Yes – Shows only Veteran candidates
  • No – Shows only non-Veteran candidates

Note: The filter only appears when the “Icon for Veteran Candidates” setting is enabled on the Settings page.

Apply with Indeed Button Behavior (CX Career Sites)

Improved the logic controlling when the Apply with Indeed button appears on CX career sites.

The button will now be hidden for jobs that use an upfront eForm or upfront assessment, preventing candidates from seeing a disabled or non-functional Apply with Indeed option when the application must start with an internal form. The button now appears only when the job is eligible and the configuration supports Indeed Apply.

Military Address Support (AA / AE / AP)

Additional U.S. state options have been added for company and job location configuration to support military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

New options include:

  • AA
  • AE
  • AP

Note: These options are not available for candidates to select on Career Sites.

Settings Label Update: ROSI Sourcing

The Settings page label “Source with ROSI” has been updated to “ROSI Sourcing” for improved terminology consistency. Navigation and button labels remain unchanged.

Resolved Issues

Candidate History Comment Editing – Resolved an issue where comments in the History tab could not be edited if the text contained the % character.

Refine with ROSI Email Templates – Resolved an issue that could prevent Refine with ROSI from generating email template content, ensuring templates now generate reliably.

Coming Soon

ROSI Skills Match

Recruiters will soon see top candidate matches directly on the Job Posting Details page, powered by ROSI’s AI skills extraction and comparison. ROSI Skills Match analyzes skills from the job description and compares them with candidate profiles to help recruiters quickly identify strong matches.

Sequential Interviewing

Recruit will soon support Sequential Interviewing, allowing recruiters to schedule back-to-back interviews with multiple interviewers in a defined order, helping teams manage structured interview loops more efficiently.
