Dashboard Summary Updates
Task Completion Dates – The Dashboard Summary now displays completion dates for completed tasks, providing clearer visibility into when work was finished while continuing to show due dates for active tasks.

Forms Updates
Forms Library & ROSI Form Builder
The redesigned Forms Library experience is now available in Workflow. When enabled, administrators can access the ROSI Form Builder, which supports AI-assisted form creation and modern form management.
Client administrators with Master access can enable it via: Administration > Settings > UI > Enable New Forms Library
Once enabled, Forms moves from under Administration to Events & Forms in the main navigation.

Signature Verbiage Editing
Administrators can now customize the Signature Consent Language displayed above electronic signature options in the Smart Form Builder, allowing organizations to tailor signature text to their legal and policy requirements.
Improved Form Layout
Forms and preview views now display cleaner section formatting, improving readability and removing unnecessary divider lines between sections.
Forms Data Improvements
- Completed Smart Forms (Gen 2) can now be retrieved more reliably through integrations and reporting.
- Selection field descriptions are now included in form data responses, improving consistency when retrieving form information.
Resolved Issues
New Task Summary UI – Hyperlink Formatting – Fixed an issue where hyperlinks in task instructions could introduce extra line breaks in the New Task Summary UI.
Task Promptness Report – Event Selection – Corrected event selection ordering so events appear alphabetically in the report filter.
Coming Soon
Bulk Action (Forms)
A new Bulk Action tab in Dashboard Summary will allow administrators to review and approve large volumes of completed forms more efficiently. After previewing forms, users can approve multiple forms at once or return them to the previous workflow step if corrections are needed.
Additional Language Support
Support for Malay and Swedish will soon be available in Workflow and employee portals. Organizations will be able to configure events, tasks, forms, document uploads, and instruction pages in these languages, with related buttons and workflows fully translated for end users.
New Task Management Experience
A redesigned Task Details experience will introduce modular cards and clearer controls to support more scalable, self-service task management for HR teams.
