Candidate Pool: Resume Preview Navigation

You can now page through resumes directly within the Preview modal on the Job Tracking page — no need to close and reopen each resume.

  • Use the new Next and Previous arrows to move between resumes
  • Works with both PDF and non-PDF resume formats
  • Makes reviewing multiple candidates faster and more seamless
ROSI Email Template Refinement Toggle

You can now enable or disable Refine Email Templates with ROSI from Admin Settings > ROSI.

  • Feature is turned on by default
  • Admins can toggle it on or off at any time

This provides greater flexibility in managing AI-powered email refinement across your organization.

Resolved Issues

Analytics Library Reports Loading – Resolved a regression that prevented several Analytics Library reports from loading and left users stuck on a loading spinner. Reports now display results as expected.

Scheduled Job Posting Status Rules – Corrected an issue where scheduled job posting status change rules were not executing as configured. Job postings now automatically update status (for example, from Limited to Normal Int./Ext. Applicants) and send related notifications as intended.
