RECRUIT Release 2026.3
VERSION 2026.3
What’s New
Refine Email Templates with ROSI
Recruiters can now quickly improve batch email templates using AI-powered suggestions from ROSI.
- From Administration > Email Templates, select or draft a template
- Click Refine with ROSI to generate an AI-refined version of your message
- Choose to keep your original copy or apply ROSI’s suggested edits
- Continue editing, then preview or save as usual
Enablement: On by default. A client-facing toggle in Admin Settings > ROSI will be available in the next release. Until then, Support can disable the feature upon request.
Source Tracking for ROSI Outreach (Passive Candidates)
Job links in ROSI-generated outreach emails are now automatically tagged with “ROSI Outreach.” When candidates apply through these links, their source is captured automatically—no extra selection required.
- Creates a dedicated, reportable source for ROSI-driven outreach
- Improves attribution for passive candidate campaigns
- Applies to both Import & Outreach and Contact (ROSI Outreach) flows
Resolved Issues
Embedded CX: Fee Agency Access Restored – Fee agency users are no longer redirected to the embedded job list when “Route all traffic to embedded site” is enabled. Accessing via a fee agency link now correctly opens the full CX portal (with header and footer), allowing candidates to be submitted as expected.
Recruit CX: Disability Form Submission Unblocked – Candidates can now complete the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability form without entering an Employee ID, even when the disability question is required. Name, Date, and a response to the disability question are still required—helping prevent pre-hire applicants from getting stuck while maintaining compliance.
Indeed Easy Apply: Evaluation Question Order – Job evaluation questions on the Candidate Resume Profile now appear in the same order configured on the job and shown on Indeed, even when optional questions are left unanswered—ensuring a consistent review experience.
Coming Soon
Candidate Matching via ROSI – Recruiters will soon see top candidate matches directly on the Job Posting Details page, with match insights powered by ROSI’s skills extraction and comparison.
