RECRUIT Release 2026.1
VERSION 2026.1
What’s New
Candidate Resume Profile: Improved Visibility Controls
Recruit now enforces the “Show Inaccessible Jobs on CRP” setting correctly in the updated Candidate Resume Profile layout (Settings > ATS > Candidate Resume Profile). Recruiters can now see that a candidate has other active or past applications in the Tracked For list, even if they don’t have permission to access those roles.
This improves visibility into candidate activity while still protecting job-level access—users can view the application activity at a glance without being able to open restricted job records.

Cleaner Ellipses Menus
To make day-to-day navigation faster and more consistent, the action menus (ellipses) on both the Job Tracking page and Candidate Pool are now alphabetized.
This update reduces time spent searching for common actions and helps prevent mis-clicks—especially for teams who work quickly across high-volume candidate lists.
Analytics: Candidate ID Now Available in Custom Analytics
Custom Analytics now includes a new Candidate ID dimension under Resumes, helping teams replicate legacy Report Builder reporting and support easier migration to modern analytics.
Resolved Issues
Candidate Search Export Formatting
Resolved an issue where exported Candidate Search results displayed unintended icon markup related to multiple applications. Candidate exports now generate cleanly and display correctly.
Coming Soon
AI-Powered Skills Matching (Candidate Match with ROSI)
Recruiters will soon see top candidate matches directly on the Job Posting Details page, with match insights powered by ROSI’s skills extraction and comparison—helping teams quickly identify strong-fit applicants and prioritize review.
