Create & Publish Content – Shared Libraries, Simplified

Admins can now view and select all organization-wide content when creating or publishing courses—not just items they personally uploaded. This update makes it easier to reuse shared media, assignments, training activities, and other assets across teams, bringing the new Content experience in line with familiar legacy workflows and reducing duplicate work.

More Control Over Notification Delivery

Managing notifications is now more flexible for large catalogs. Admins can exclude specific eCourses from notifications using a new eCourse-level exemption option, giving teams finer control over who receives automated messages and helping reduce unnecessary communication.

Expanded Analytics Downloads

Analytics exports are no longer limited to 5,000 rows. Admins can now download complete datasets, making it easier to analyze learning activity at scale without workarounds or repeated exports.

Content Preview in Content–New – Addressed an issue that prevented users from previewing learning content in the new Content experience.

Report Label Consistency – Corrected an issue where some reports—including Certification Due Dates—still displayed the outdated “Qualification” label instead of “Learning Journey.”

Training Activity Attachments – Resolved an issue that prevented users from accessing attachments on training activity records.

Certificate Report Language Display – Fixed a problem where the GL Learning Certificate report included French entries even when French was not enabled for the organization.
