Advanced Analytics Updates
Several enhancements have been deployed to Reporting & Analytics > Advanced Analytics to expand data visibility and simplify reporting setup.
New Views

Training Activity View: Consolidates all training activity metadata and related user activity into a single reporting layer, helping admins easily identify which users engage with specific training activities.

Demographic View: Introduces access to all custom demographic data for each site. Users can select Demographic Name and Demographic Value fields to include demographic information in reports.
Updated View

Custom Field View: The Learn Custom Field view now serves as the single source for all custom field data. Users can select Title and Response to return the field name and its value.

These updates are now live in client production environments.
System Maintenance Update
Behind the scenes, Learn has been upgraded to a newer version of Microsoft’s .NET Framework to keep the platform secure and up to date. No changes to user experience or reporting functionality are expected.
Resolved Issues
Advanced Analytics query error
Some columns/fields being selected in Advanced Analytics page generated a database error when running a query. The issue has been resolved.

Course Creation redesign (ETA mid-November)
We’re developing a streamlined course creation experience to simplify the content development process. The new workflow will feature an embedded Properties page, intuitive tab navigation, and modal-based interactions to help content creators and admins build and publish courses more efficiently. This enhancement focuses on improving usability and reducing complexity in the authoring process.
