What’s New
Dashboard Summary
Perform’s new dashboard is a visual tool that displays key metrics and data to help users track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. At a glance users can now see employee statuses for feedback, check-ins, expectations, reviews, and goals, and understand which are overdue, in received, given, pending, or completed.
The Intro Card includes a New Task Module that expands with roll-over to show most recent new tasks.
Five mini-cards show summary data for feedback, check-ins, expectations, reviews, and goals. These are interactive for users to easily dive deeper into the data.
Performance Improvements
Backend improvements include security optimizations against Remote Code Execution, regression testing automation, backend maintenance of tables, and resolving other backend issues discovered internally.
Resolved Issues
A client reported an issue where a Manager got an error when attempting to open a task to Write a Review of their subordinates. We resolved the issue so that Manager is now able to access the reviews process page and complete the review process with no issues.
A client reported a reoccurring issue tied to backend tables where values of user categories were too high. This has been resolved and users no longer see redundant error messages.
