Now Learn is smart enough to know the relationship between learning journeys and child content!

Formerly, users hosted learning programs or skill development journeys with our learning journeys (configurable curriculums), but had to cross check content and reports in different place to “calculate” the overall progress and status of a learning journey. Now, our “smarter” platform is able to update the status and progress of a learning journey based on the child content living in it. The learning journeys update themselves in the learner & admin UI and all the qualification reports, improving admin productivity so users can focus on learning strategies instead of tracking!

“Intervention” has been changed to “Content” in our system!

To improve user experience, we renamed “intervention” to “content”: content includes all kinds of learning materials admins can use to enhance learning experience and help learners achieve their goals.

Messages guide learners to reset their login credentials!

We designed consistent messages in the Learn login page to guide users to reset their passwords, whether via email or answering security questions. This saves admins from unnecessary questions on the process, and reduces potential exposure to risk of account hackers.
