MFA branding and Customization

MFA login and verification pages now show client branding: users signing in to the mfacode page will see their company’s same customized login page branding.

• Branding – Background colors and images, button colors, font colors, and any existing logo in Logo settings will appear on the MFA login and verification pages.
• Logos – Admins can now apply their brand’s logo to the MFA Verification code page. Go to Admin > Settings > Logos to upload a new logo. (The image should be named mfaLogo.png. A hard refresh may be needed to verify upload). Reach out to Rival Support if assistance is needed.
• Verification Email – The MFA verification email text has been updated to remove references to Rival, making it non-branded.

An issue was discovered in fixing a survey download error that multiple fields in surveys/forms can be given the same label, potentially causing confusion. Now, if multiple fields are given the same label, upon download all subsequent fields with duplicate names will be renamed with a numeral appended to make them unique (e.g. “Select_Your_Favorite_Color_1”).

Survey download as PDF or Excel was failing and resulting in an error. For the Excel version an empty file was generated. This has been corrected.
