Multifactor Authentication
MFA is now available! Users who do not use SSO will utilize MFA at login. The login screen will prompt users to validate using a verification code. Starting April 21, clients will be able to apply their brand customizations to the MFA login page. MFA settings are streamlined: a simple on/off toggle activates email authentication.

In-App Notifications
Workflow now has a “What’s New?” menu option to show in-app notifications to keep users in-the-know on product updates. When clicked, a left-side panel will display Rival announcements about new features and enhancements in Workflow.

The download version of the First Day report was not excluding retired users. This has been corrected.

An issue occurred where admins changing task definitions from legacy forms to advanced forms caused an error for users who had started the task and selected “Complete Later”. This was because the original task definition was no longer associated to the legacy form, resulting in an error. This has been corrected so that now the legacy form remains associated with the task and users can complete the form they had started.

SMS-opt-in fields configuration in RedCarpetDotNet was getting overwritten on upgrade. This has been corrected.

Dashboard Summary UX Improvements

Work continues enhancing the Main Dashboard, which will become available in early Q2. Updates include summary cards under My Tasks, Team Tasks, Assignees, and Employees, as well as the data displaying in the overview tables for these tabs.
