WORKFLOW Release 2025.1.06
VERSION 2025.1.06
What’s New
Beta Analytics
Launching March 25th! Letter-style forms that allow users to quickly build, customize, and send professional, policy-compliant letters.
Workflow Insights Dashboard
The new Workflow Insights dashboard provides powerful insights into clients’ Workflow database configuration, with quick glance statistics for all working aspects of Workflow, including event and task timing/efficiency, user productivity and more! Under Reporting & Analytics > Advanced Analytics, “Workflow Insights” will now be the default dashboard.
Performance Optimizations
Backend work was completed to clean up backend configuration settings and infrastructure.
Resolved Issues
A client reported an issue where the GetUserIDList API Request was not returning users in the response when the only update made to a profile is to a user’s Key Property. This has been corrected: now the Key Property is understood as a change for the GetUserID list criteria, and the correct users are returned in the response payload.
Coming Soon
Multi-Factor Authentication
In the next upcoming release (starting April 7), users who are not using SSO will utilize MFA at login. The login screen will prompt users to validate using a verification code. Starting April 21, clients will be able to apply their brand customizations to the MFA login page.
Main Dashboard UX Improvements
Work continues enhancing the Main Dashboard, which will become available in early Q2. In this release an Intro Card and Navigation Bar were developed. The Navigation bar will include tabs for My Tasks, Team Tasks, Assignees, and Employees.
What’s New? In-App Widget
Workflow will soon feature a ‘What’s New?’ widget in the left navigation menu, which will notify users of new features and enhancements.
Dynamic Templates Web Services
To support administrators using Dynamic Templates, four new API calls will be implemented to enable them to get information related to dynamic template via webservices.
